Digital studio Portal A has been brought in by Google to blitz the YouTuber world with a campaign to push their latest smartphone launch.
The campaign, for the Google Pixel 2, was released across eight YouTube channels to reach a combined 10 million subscribers — including beauty stylist Nikita Dragun, comedy team The Fung Bros, and baking queen Yolanda Gampp.
Portal A wanted to work with these particular YouTube Creators in order to reflect a crop of diverse, rising talent on the world's largest online video content aggregator. Other participants include: Josh Leyva, who creates sketches and shorts; lifestyle vlogger Loey Lane; comedy creator Alexis G. Zall; beauty and fashion guru Bri Hall; and tech and lifestyle creator Shameless Maya.
In addition to the videos on each creator’s channel, the campaign was featured in a masthead video on YouTube’s homepage, and also comprises more than 30 social media posts across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, and more. See some of the videos below:
